Unlike some companies where you speak to a secretary who then schedules an appointment with a sales representative who then passes your information off to another guy who puts your estimate together and then sends out a whole team of strangers to complete the work...we like to take a more personalized approach.

At Carolina Home Enhancements, your phone call will be answered by our owner and operator, Sam Moore. He will schedule a time that is convenient for you to meet and discuss the aspects of your project. During that appointment, you can expect him to take measurements, show you product samples, and possibly demonstrate products. We encourage our homeowners to ask questions. The more information you have, the better prepared you are to make your decision.
